Its just ok to stay at this hotel,as the place is covinient to move around not far from City centre..spacy room with window view..even though there is no towel given on the first day stay as they have no stock for it,but still ok for me..hopefully in future they will spare it for confirm booked customer..overall stayed were ok..

The hotel dont have lobby to sit while waiting for check in. In the website, the check in time was stated at 2pm but the reception counter put up a notice, stating at 2.30pm. I hope the hotel can make improvement, by at least put a sofa ay the lobby. The room is okay for solo travelling

bed is so dirty. it is soooo sempit. they said they often change the bedsheets butttt it is still dirty with lots of stains on the bedsheets plus the blanket is also dirty. room is melly and theres no alas kaki.

Sesuai untuk tempat istirehat. Kolam renang luas..tapi tempat untuk register cek in tidak selesa. Terpaksa pergi tingkat 6, sangat menyusahkan jika membawa anak kecil. Ulang alik di bangunan yang sama

Pro: Close to Metrocity night market. There is a shower water heater, strong water pressure. Easy to park the car. Con: Got room 218. The room is quite narrow. Dirty room walls. The big mirror is dusty. Lots of ants. There are blood stains on the sheets. In the room there is a door to the air conditioner compressor room. Not worth the price paid. Hope there are improvements after this.

Air tidak ada, kejap ada air, tapi air kecil keluar, kejap hilang lagi air, emergency nak keluar memang lambat terus sebab air tidak ada. Sampai balik air tudak ada.

Overall, if this hotel is graded in terms of percentages, I would give it a 30% for good air conditioning, thick blankets, adequate for the offered blankets, and thick. In addition, hot shower water works well. The rest is dreadful. I requested to wear an iron, and the male staff agreed to provide me one. I waited till I checked out, and no one arrived to send me an iron. Please learn to smile, Muslim female servants who are unfriendly. Only the people that look after me in the morning when I check out are good at smiling. I'm not sure how the female staff can give us a room without providing us with a towel; I have to go down to ask for one. Narrow room. There were no Kleenex, not even toilet paper. Overall, I believe you can make this hotel a stopover. But for a lengthy stay, perhaps last.
